Health-Related Information

TheLastAddiction.com is a health and wellness platform. When you use this Platform, you may voluntarily submit health-related information including body weight, fasting history, dietary practices, exercise habits, and personal transformation data. This is considered Sensitive Personal Information under the CPRA and is handled accordingly. We do not sell, share, or use sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing Platform services.

Member-Controlled Sharing

When you set Content to Members Only, Select Members, or Public, that Content is shared with the audiences you designate. You control this at all times through your account settings.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Last Addiction, our members, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Platform services. Account deletion requests are processed within 45 days, except where retention is required by law. Private journal entries are deleted upon account deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular review of our information practices. 7. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and analyze Platform traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

TheLastAddiction.com is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete that information immediately.

10. Emergency Services

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. TheLastAddiction.com is not a substitute for emergency medical care and has no mechanism to dispatch emergency services.

11. Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number or email during registration, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your account. By separately opting in, you may consent to receive marketing communications and SMS notifications. You may opt out at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any email or replying STOP to any text message. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and will not send automated marketing texts without your express prior written consent.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification and a prominent Platform notice. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
